It's been awesome hearing of the protests in Poland. Any delay will help people organize, probably, and I think/hope this might inspire people in Belgium to get off their asses too, and persevere. Right now, the very slight media coverage that ACTA is getting is a lot like what you describe -a few scattered articles in the big "quality" newspapers about how those silly activists misunderstand the treaty and try to attack government websites. And of course they are all referencing Belgian political eminence Karel de Gucht, who has been misleading everyone in and around the EP about ACTA for years.
