So... what exactly is piracy going to include? Using a proxy to watch YouTube videos? Downloading a YT video, or ripping the audio from one? Buying from a foreign iTunes shop, like iTunes-UK? Linking to a download site? Uploading content? Using a song as the background for a YT video slideshow or fanvid? Who will be liable for content downloaded or uploaded by minors?
