Ehh... it's hit and miss. A lot of the larger subreddits are wretched hives of scum and villainy, but there are some fantastic smaller communities for all different hobbies and philosophies and whatever else you can think of. I watch a lot of cooking/baking/whatever subreddits that are quite awesome.
