I had been planning to vote for Betsy. I do love Ao3, but I think if there is a single sine qua non for the OTW, it's Legal --- if the government gives the MPAA enough of the keys to the internet, we're all up a creek. Like you, I was also more impressed by her answers about anime/manga fan outreach than some.
