Ah, but do they distinguish between RPF of living people and dead people? Is historical fiction allowed, or would fanfic of historical fiction also be banned by the RPF rules? (Cue either theological debate as to Jesus' status depending on the wording of their rules, or a rush of music RPF of rock stars who have died recently. Or possible a lot of angry Austen or Heyer fans or something.)
