The no RPF thing is in something TOS-like... ish... that you need to sign when trying to register as an author on a site that's built on the old Fan Fic Fan software, like here. Things that are not allowed include "Stories with non-historical and non-fictional characters: actors, musicians, and etc."
...Now that I look at this again, couldn't this phrasing imply that "no non-historical characters" as well as non-fictional characters are verboten? Meaning that you are only allowed to use historical characters?
...or are you not allowed to write anything that has actor or musician characters in it? Is this like Vetinari hating on mimes?
No guarantee the character in the story was Jesus, rather than something else using his image.
That's a useful argument. What's to stop anyone from writing Jared/Jensen and claiming that it's an original about two people who happened to be called Jared and Jensen, not the famous guys? Anyway, I certainly think your argument re:your Jesus is perfectly acceptable.
